AI Training
A two-day AI workshop generates excitement. Three weeks later, nobody is using AI in their daily work. The problem is not missing knowledge — it is missing habit. AI competency does not come from information but from repeated application with guidance.
AI training at Aydoo is not an event. It is an ongoing program that enables teams over months to use AI tools effectively in their daily work — with measurable competency development.

Process
Month 1: Foundation
The first month builds the base: Which AI tools are relevant for your specific tasks? How do you write prompts that reliably produce useful results? Where does AI actually save time — and where does it just create additional work? Each participant defines 2-3 concrete use cases from their daily work and implements them between sessions.
Month 2: Deepening
Based on the experience from month 1, we deepen: Which use cases work? Where are the obstacles? We work on advanced prompting strategies, AI-supported decision-making, and how to assess the quality of AI outputs. Individual coaching addresses each participant’s specific challenges.
Month 3+: Integration
From month 3 onward, the focus is sustainable integration: AI becomes part of the work routine, not the exception. New application areas are explored, cross-team workflows established, and measurable competency progress is documented. After the minimum commitment, you decide monthly whether to continue.
Typical Topics
- AI tools in daily work — Which tool for which task? Text generation, analysis, research, summarization.
- Prompting strategies — From trial-and-error to systematically effective prompts. Providing context, assigning roles, controlling output format.
- AI-supported decision-making — AI as a thinking partner: generating options, running scenarios, uncovering blind spots.
- Assessing data quality — When can you trust AI outputs? Recognizing hallucinations, checking sources, staying critical.
- Efficiency with AI — Automating recurring tasks, creating templates, accelerating workflows.
- AI ethics and data privacy — Which data goes into which tool? Company policies, GDPR compliance, confidential information.
What AI Training Is — and What It Is Not
| Workshop (one-off event) | AI Training (ongoing capability building) | |
|---|---|---|
| Duration | 1-2 days | 3+ months |
| Goal | Transfer knowledge | Build competency |
| Method | Presentations + demos | Application + coaching |
| Transfer | Participants are on their own | Individual support between sessions |
| Measurement | Certificate of attendance | Documented competency progress |
| Outcome | Initial enthusiasm, rapid decay | Sustainable behavioral change |
Results from Practice
Starting point: Two AI workshops conducted, afterward nobody used the tools. AI training started with 12 participants from sales. Month 1: Each defined two concrete use cases — proposal templates and client research. Month 2: 9 out of 12 used AI weekly. Month 3: Average proposal time reduced from 45 to 20 minutes. After 6 months: AI usage established as sales standard, program extended to additional departments.
Starting point: Leadership skeptical about AI, but competitive pressure rising. AI training for the leadership team. Month 1: Fundamentals and first use cases — meeting minutes, market analyses, communication drafts. Month 2: Three leaders integrated AI into their weekly routine. Month 3: Strategic decision paper with AI-supported scenario analysis created. Result: Decision papers in half the time, higher quality through systematic alternative evaluation.
Starting point: Marketing team used AI sporadically, without system. Everyone had different tools, inconsistent quality. AI training unified the practice: shared prompting standards, mandatory quality checks for AI-generated text, clear guidelines for data privacy. Result after 4 months: Content production accelerated by 60% with consistent quality. Cross-team AI workflows established.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does AI training cost?
AI training is in the mid four-figure range (EUR) per month — depending on team size and intensity. Minimum commitment 3 months, then cancelable monthly.
What sets AI training apart from a workshop?
Workshops transfer knowledge in a single day. AI training builds competency over months — with practical application between sessions, individual coaching, and measurable progress.
Do participants need technical skills?
No. AI training is for leaders and domain experts, not developers. We work with business AI tools, not code.
How many participants can join?
Optimal 4-12 participants per group. Larger teams are split into cohorts to preserve individual coaching quality.
